How to determine if the job or company is a good fit for you

One of my goals is to prevent career seekers from settling in their job search. The truth is, you must stop settling for any job that pays the bills or accepting the first offer because you are desperate for money.

Here’s my suggestion:

Conduct an intentional job search by doing your research FIRST. See what the company is up to. What are their employees saying, are there staying, or is there a revolving door?
